It pours, literally…I feel like we’ve moved to Seattle or something. We are getting loads of rain which is a good thing I guess. No soccer for the kiddos tomorrow morning so maybe I’ll get to sleep in after tonight’s big tournament at the Big O.

Since I’m hosting the live tourney tonight, I won’t be able to make Kat’s birthday tournament on Full Tilt. This should be a fun tournament so sign up if you are free tonight. You don’t have to buy Kat a gift, but she’ll love you forever if you hum a few notes of her favorite song…”It’s just like, it’s just like…a mini…mall”.

Then on Sunday afternoon our friends from across the pond are hosting another tourney…

These two tournaments will be great warm-up events for the Battle of the Blogger Tournaments that kicks off Monday night at the MATH. Al has been working overtime on this thing and there are some great prizes donated by PokerOnAMac.com…(1) Nintendo Wii and (1) Nintendo DS Lite. I’ve heard about some other cool things too so check the official blog and Al’s site for more details later.

Since I’m in a pimpin’ mood…it’s not too late to sign up for the Weekend At Mookie’s. We’re about 3 weeks away and we have 18 confirmed and another 4 on the tentative list. Speaking of “Mookie”…the US troops are just finding something the ladies have noticed for years: “Mookie’s boys make troops take notice”

Before I go…I’m puzzled why JJ doesn’t wanna name his boy Bubba…it’s not like he’ll end up on stage with Hank Williams Jr. at age 4 or anything.
