Coming off a record turnout of 48 players, The Mookie will begin in a few hours. Luckily this blog isn’t hosted on Blogger anymore so we should still be able to live blog the tournament. What a bummer it has been not to be able to comment on blogs there today.

As I mentioned before, there will be a huge bounty of me tonight – a $10 bet that I will place for you in Vegas next week. I know $10 sounds small, but think of the possibilities, you could turn that into millions ! heh…

After doing hours of research which included making various phone calls to blogger wives, husbands, employers, goomars, etc.; I have come up with my picks for tonight’s event. I have updated my previous post with them. Another thanks to Don for getting the lines for us.

All eyes are on Waffles to see if he has what it takes to go back to back. He definitely has been killing in this event winning 2nd and 1st the last two weeks.

My mantra for tonight is echoed in this post’s title. The Chia Fro is starting to get out of control as I am using gallons of hair product a week on my nappy fro. Although Vegas has me at 150-1 to win tonight, I can only hope and pray for the longshot to come through.

10:34 … Okie-Vegas host, GCox is out…somewhat close to the final table, 18 left…still below average.

10:39 … No more Jules out thanks to that Hoy guy.

10:41 … Wow, weak’s AK falls to Steeler’s KK…down to the sweet 16.

10:42 … Waffles is rolling again, AK is good against Joe’s AJ…they are falling fast.
