Thanks to everyone who made it out last night for The Mookie and Dookie.  We had 54 players show up for the double-stacked KO event.  BrainMc was the defending champ but unable to defend his crown since he was still in recovery mode from his Vegas trip.

After donking off a few chips, I managed to get an early double up after making a loose/bad call.

After this hand I hovered in the 5,500-6,000 range for the next hour or so.  I made it down to the final two tables but slipped a bit down below 4,000 and tried stealing some pots.  Once again I got super lucky and nearly doubled up.

I managed to hit my highwater mark of around 8,000 when this hand went down.  Wrong time to try a resteal.

After this hand I was left with crumbs and a few hands later I met my demise.

Congrats to Obie on his first Mookie title.  He played the big stack well and managed to go wire to wire at the final table.

For The Dookie, 19 players signed up for some Turbo Pot Limit Omaha action.  I couldn’t make a hand and was bounced early in 15th place.

Only the top 3 made the money and here they were:

Over the next couple weeks I’m probably going to be making some changes The Dookie format.  I may also bring on a separate host as well.  We’ll see.
