I finally received an email from Full Tilt support, here is what they had to say…

Unfortunately we set your time request to ET so the time was set one hour off your actual requested time. Once I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will be more careful in the future to make sure the CT is noted and accounted for.

So there it is. I’m really sorry that this happened and in the end it’s still my fault. Unfortunately I wasn’t around early in the week to see that time was screwed up.

Now that I’m back in Austin, I’ll be posting more of the Vegas trip recap. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
