I had fun playing in the mookie the other night and feel I did pretty well for my 1st “real” tournament. Everyone was very cool giving the other bloggers props for playing good hands but getting beat. Great atmosphere and I had a lot of fun. I did end up loosing to waffles when he raised it up big after a limped flop with what come to find out was the hammer (7/2o). And I held J/K on a 10/Q board. Ah well that’s poker. It didn't matter if I was utg or in a blind, I raised every damn one of em. Worked for awhile too! Mostly though, it helped wear off the tilt anger I had built up from a FT tourney earlier.
