Proud Pops

It never gets old. Nothing compares to seeing your child born and I’m proud as can be with a goofy grin on my face. Even though we’ve been through this many times before, I was still super excited to get to the hospital when the alarm went off around 4AM today.

We made it to the hospital a little early and had to wait awhile before we were finally brought into the operating room. Despite not wanting to come out, Amelia Carol was finally with us at 8:09AM CT. She weighed in at 7lbs. and 8 oz. and was 19 3/4″ long. Both Mom and Amelia are doing fine…snoozing as we speak.

Life is good great.
