PirateLawyer Wins His Third
We had 46 players show up for The Mookie last night on Full Tilt. LOST was just finishing up and I missed the first few hands of the tourney. Soon enough I got settled in and fired up BuddyDank Radio/Video. The new video feed for the show is great complete with graphics and various segments. Buddy and crew do a great job and it’s awesome they make time each week to entertain us.
Once again I was moved a bunch during the first hour of the tournament. I bled off some of my stack but managed to bust Waffles and take the lead in the BW category.
I managed to make the 2nd break but couldn’t build an above average stack. We were down to the final two tables when this hand came up and if I won this one I would have a good shot at another final table.
I’ve gotta buy and read “Poker is Easy, Sucko’s Guide To Running Better”. A little while later the final table was set with the top 6 spots making the money.

Congratulations to PirateLawyer for capturing his 3rd Mookie title. It was another entertaining heads up match and after losing a big hand, Smokkee mounted an improbable comeback from just 3,000 chips (vs. 134,000) all the way back to even before losing the hand shown above. Always a fun time in the Mookie. I almost got Smokkee’s last 3000 chips with 72cc. I tried again with T8 sooted! Nothing was working!!
