After a bad day at the office I made it home and decided to work out my frustrations by playing some Rock Band.  I lost track of time and missed the start of The Mookie.  Luckily I didn’t miss much.

As has been the case the last few weeks, I managed to double up early when I flopped a set of 3’s which bested Peaker’s JJ.  That along with some timely stealing kept me ahead of the average.

I made it down to the final two tables but couldn’t get much going.  I let myself get way too short and ended up running into the Royal Mook.  Out in 13th place compliments of Hoy.

I was getting pretty sleepy and fought hard to keep the eyelids open.  I won the battle for awhile as the remaining 9 made their way to the final table.

The top 6 spots made the money and as you’ll below, I finally lost the war against my eyelids.

Congratulations to IG on the big win and her first Mookie title.  With the 2nd place finish Waffles moves closer to the top spot on the leaderboard.  Thanks to everyone who made it out last night.  See you next week.
