I’ve had two pending withdrawals with Full Tilt that have been delayed for quite some time.  My withdrawals were approved on May 8th and May 15th.  On June 11th I received the later withdrawal (May 15th) into my bank account.  The May 8th withdrawal was nowhere to be found and after numerous emails back and forth to Full Tilt Support I finally received the following email yesterday:

We’re contacting you in regards to your recent withdrawal request.

Unfortunately, your $XXXX.00 Bank Transfer request from 8 May 2008 was
returned by your banking institution because the transfer information
was invalid.

Your funds have been returned to your Full Tilt Poker account.

If you’d like to make an immediate withdrawal, we recommend using
another payment processor. You can select “Other Withdrawal Options” in
the “Cashier” window to view all the withdrawal options available to
you.

For your security, we can only process withdrawals to a payment
processor account if it has already been used to make a successful
deposit on our site. Once you’ve deposited with a new payment processor,
it will appear as a withdrawal option for you.

We also provide withdrawal by check. For more information on check

My banking information was correct because they were able to make successful deposits with the past withdrawals including the one from May 15th.  I can only assume they are using multiple payment processors and this particular one isn’t working properly.

Going forward I’m just gonna stick with Full Tilt/PayPal transfers with other players to get my money out.  Much less hassle and instant cash.
