Another year and no Mookie title for me.  I was down to my last chance on New Year’s eve and with only 25 players I had high hopes.

My stack dwindled down a bit but thanks to a drunk Waffles and his controversial call I doubled up and was right back in the thick of things.

I finished in 17th place and with Hoy’s 24th place effort, neither of us won the prop bet for 2008.  Sorry Schaubs.

I spent the rest of the night hanging with the family and I wasn’t able to catch much more of the tourney action or the special BuddyDank Radio video/radio show.  In the end Breeze81 was able to hold off Smokkee and claim his first Mookie title.
