Noooo, I didn’t fall asleep again…I swear…my dang internet connection went out right after midnight. We had a great turnout of 53 players including one of my favorites…Al. Chatting with him helped keep me awake and made the evening that much more enjoyable. I also played a lot better last night by amping up the aggression a little which allowed me to get some chips. Late in the tournament though I came out on the wrong end of two hands and just missed the final table in 11th place.

Six spots paid last night and congrats to those who made the money. Iak made another strong run but was the unfortunate bubble. Past champ dnasty13 and fastpitch27 went heads up and fastpitch was able to come through for his first Mookie win. Here were the top finishers:

We had a great turnout for the 2nd Chance tournament as well…20 players. I was out of this one early (14th I think) falling to hoyazo (who knocked me out of both events). Astin finished on the bubble and here were the lucky ones in the money:

Thanks to everyone who played in either or both tournaments last night, it was a lot of fun. I was happy Waffles was at my starting table. With his chat re-enabled along with Iak at the table, things were lively right from the start. Good times. I should have fastpitch’s profile up here over the next couple of days.
