Back in the Saddle
We flew back into Austin late Thursday night and by the time my head hit the pillow it was past 3am. I had to be at work on Friday since it was our monthly maintenance night and I ended up working from 9am till 5:30am the next morning. Uggh. That coupled with the Vegas trip really screwed up my sleeping patterns.
I wasn’t able to make the Pokerstars Blogger Freeroll yesterday, instead I spent time with the family. Kinda sucked that it was scheduled on Father’s Day but I think it’s great Pokerstars put up so many great prizes for bloggers. Rocco made a nice run but fell a little short in 62nd. Pokerjones (hacker59) played great and cashed in at 15th place. Well done.
Well here are all the tournaments already scheduled for the week as well as the next DADI tournament on the horizon.

Hey Mook, glad you’re back. Enjoyed reading your Vegas posts — really good stuff. I am extremely jealous, but happy to report that it looks like I’ll be heading out there myself for the WSOP and the WPBT gathering in early July.
#1, no more buying in for less than the maximum at the cash tables man! If you need to, drop down a limit or two so that you are cool with the max buyin. And #2, though I would obviously be in anyways, no way I’m missing a tourney named Puff, Puff Give. See you Wednesday for that.
Have you been out to Vegas before ?
Yea, I am still kicking myself over the short buy. It was the first and only time I did the entire trip (out of 20 hours at the cash tables) and it cost me another $100. Uggh.
