Afterglow
I’m still basking in the afterglow of my win at the Big O this weekend. No matter how many suckouts, bad beats and bad plays you experience, nothing wipes that all away like a win…no matter how big or small. Of course that all changes when you play that next tournament and some doofus hits his 2-outer and sends you packing early.
I spent most of the day at home yesterday since Mrs. Mookie is sick. Days like that remind me of just how good I have it with her. Taking care of the kiddos, cooking, cleaning, all while working remotely is quite a chore.

The Mookie tournaments are back ! It seems like it’s been ages since we’ve donked it up on a Wednesday night. Last time we were together, pokerpeaker made his way through 50 players for the crown. He’ll be defending in the main event and for the 2nd Chance tournament Razz (Turbo) is on tap. That’s always fun.
I’m still on the fence regarding the whole live-blogging thing, so if you’re interested in assuming those duties for tomorrow night let me know.
